- Information you provide directly: your name, phone number, email address, company name, and any details you share when you call our demo line, fill out a form, or message us.
- Business account information: if you become a DeskCrew client, we collect the details needed to set up and run your service, such as your business name, contact details, business phone number, and service preferences.
- Payment information: payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Call information: calls to our demo phone line may be recorded and transcribed for quality and demonstration purposes.
- Website usage data: basic analytics such as pages visited, browser type, and approximate location, collected through standard analytics tools.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry and provide the demo experience you requested;
- Send a limited number of follow-up text messages related to your demo call (see Section 6);
- Operate, maintain, and improve our services;
- Communicate with you about our services when you ask us to.
3. Information We Process on Behalf of Our Clients
When we provide answering and follow-up services to a client business, we process information about that business's callers and customers — such as names, phone numbers, service addresses, call recordings and transcripts, and appointment details — on the client's behalf and under their instructions, solely to deliver the service. If you contacted a business that uses DeskCrew, that business controls your information; please refer to its own privacy practices. We do not sell this information or use it for our own marketing.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We use standard analytics tools that may set cookies or similar technologies to understand how visitors use our site (pages visited, browser type, approximate location). You can control cookies through your browser settings.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate our business (such as telephony, messaging, and hosting providers), strictly for the purposes described in this policy, and as required by law.
6. SMS / Text Messaging Program
When you voluntarily call our advertised demo phone line, you agree to receive up to 3 follow-up text messages from DeskCrew related to your demo call, as disclosed next to the phone number wherever it is published.
- Message frequency: up to 3 messages per demo inquiry.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
7. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, and delete or anonymize it when it is no longer required.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including access controls and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data accordingly.

Our services are directed to businesses and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
